About Me
A passionate portrait and wedding photographer dabbling between an editorial and a documental approach to photography.
How so, an editorial and a documental approach?
My goal as a photographer is to capture real emotions and connections. I want it all, the rawness, the laughs, the tears, the uncle with a camera… All of it, but… I want to capture it in the most aesthetically way possible. Most of the time I take on a documental stance but during portraits and at the getting ready section I’m usually an editorial photographer.
If I am not capturing a love story you may find me hiking in Sintra or rollerskating in Lisbon.
I’m really grateful for the people that I meet throughout this journey. It really is a privillege to be chosen to document your special moments and be part of your day.
Film Photography
After spending tons of money on high tech and up to date gear, why coming back to analog photography?
There is something truly magical about photographing on film. The slower process, the thoughtful decision of pressing g the shutter button makes the whole experience for us photographers, unbeatable. The final look that you get is impossible to replicate on digital and brings you back to the early days of photography.
